Home based business specialized in planning children parties located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking to hire fun and exciting individual (only female) as full. The new staff will be trained for 5-10 days by the mother company in Dubai. Therefore, they should be able to travel outside the kingdom (at least once a year).
Knowledge, Background, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks and goals of the events
• Genuine love of children and working with the general public.
Position Goal:
To assist in planning children event such as Birthday parties.
Performance Responsibilities:
1. Plan and supervise the set up for Events and birthdays.
3. Meet with the team in weekly basis to gauge customers' and employee feedback on operation
4. Share ideas for improvement of operations.
6. Brainstorm new ideas.
7. To be responsible for the smooth operational running of Children's Events
8. To provide Children's Events’ guests with first class levels of customer service at all times
9. To work in partnership with parents ensuring that any views, recommendations or complaints are brought to the attention of the Management and dealt with promptly and efficiently to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and company
11. Looking after costumes or equipment
