Generally, review and maintain knowledge of Terms and Conditions of all contracts. Identify and report potential problem areas, particularly those that are likely to give rise to claims.
Generally monitor and report on the progress of all civil engineering contracts. Flag issues that might result in delay or claim and advise the project manager of any risks that will affect the overall timely delivery of the project or significant cost escalation or potential opportunities for cost reduction. Provide proactive advise so as to minimize claim and delay.
Advise on contractual issue as they arise and provide appropriate contractual solutions.
