Administration and Human Resource Executive

Run the day to day operations at the human resources and admin department. Updating existing processes and creating new ones.



1- Coordinates HR and Organizational Development functions,

namely training, recruitment, benefits and performance appraisals.



2- Prepares company’s training annual plan by collecting approved department needs & prepares training for departments or teams.



3- Assists with the revision of training programs; prepares and

presents a variety of training workshops, seminars and arranges for in-house and external training activities.



4- Evaluates instructor performance and the effectiveness of

training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.



5- Assists management in introducing departmental key

performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure performance

improvements within the organization.



6- Joins the quality team in charge of conducting employee

satisfaction surveys and implementing survey recommendations.



7- Continually reviews and Updates all HR processes, Organization Charts and Job Descriptions.



8- Conducts candidate recruitment process; reviews and evaluates employee qualifications; maintains eligible applicant pools and refers candidates to hiring departments.
