Division Sales Manager - Avon Cosmetics Egypt

- Ensure Area Sales Managers are competent to maximum effect to execute well the business processes.



- Take ownership for delivering results, sets objectives and focuses on key activities to achieve plan.



- Understand the key performance drivers, develops, and implements division forecast, action plan, and resource support.



- Continually communicate the Division strategy and objectives and how the team contribute to making it a reality.



- Work on a priority basis with Area Sales Managers in the field to monitor and ensure effective execution of agreed strategies, plans and programs. Provides basic skill training and demonstrates best practice at every opportunity.
