MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Measure the quality of IT services using a pre-defined set of criteria
• Record information on IT services which do not conform to standards
• Create specification control charts based on the products they are sampling
• Liaise with engineers and others involved in IT Team in order to create plans to improve IT services quality
• Make suggestions as to how the quality control process can be improved
• Spot trends in IT services output that veers from expected quality
• Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
• Protects system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.
• Recognizes problems by identifying abnormalities; reporting violations.
• Implements security improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
• Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
• Upgrades system by implementing and maintaining security controls.
• Keeps users informed by preparing performance reports; communicating system status.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor degree in IT
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Information Technology
Experience in the same filed
Required in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia
Must have Transferable Iqama
