Recruitment Specialist - Fawaz company

Will be primarily responsible for new recruitment, including, but not limited to:

• Identify personnel requisition from HO and project offices

• Prepare recruitment announcements

• Screen new applicants and co-ordinate interviews

• Co-ordinate with recruitment agencies

• Maintain and update database of applicants

• Organize interview schedules

• Deliver recruitment and selection activities covering the full recruitment lifecycle, for the Company's business units.

• Develop strong relationships with hiring partners (internal & external).

• Support the recruitment and headcount planning processes, consult on and design sourcing strategies according to the business unit's’ needs.

• Candidate management including sourcing, screening, interviewing and testing, reflecting all activities on the Company's Manpower Planning & Employment System.

• Promote the Company’s strategies of hiring through the use of online sources and promoting vacancies through other appropriate channels; e.g. social networking media/events.

• Promote referrals from internal sources of candidacy.
