Sales Associate - AAB WORLD

JOB PURPOSE

∙ To provide an efficient sales service to customers, maximizing every sale supporting the Store Manager in the efficient running of the store.

∙ To demonstrate excellent product and range knowledge.

∙ To ensure that customers receive the highest standards of customer service.

∙ To meet store sales targets and control stocks.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

∙ To give the highest standards of customer service at all times.

∙ To acknowledge and greet each customer.

∙ To provide accurate information on the merchandise being sold and have a thorough knowledge of the product.

∙ To introduce add-on sales and demonstrate the ability to sell-up.

∙ To effectively deal with telephone orders and enquiries.

∙ To achieve maximum sales potential in line with departmental targets.

∙ To effectively deal with customer complaints.

∙ To be aware of store sales targets sales information on a daily and weekly basis.

∙ To demonstrate awareness of current advertising and marketing campaigns, new product launches and promotions.



Merchandise

∙ To monitor and maintain stock levels in the department in accordance with planned stock figures.

∙ To participate in stock takes in accordance with department stock systems.

∙ To display merchandise in an attractive, simple, and clean manner.

∙ To assist with deliveries.

∙ To ensure that all merchandise on display is correctly priced.
