Sales Manager - Manpower Middle East

• Maintain good business relations with current and existing clients, and expand the customer base by identifying potential clients

• Develop a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability

• Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas by projecting expected sales volume and profit; analyzing trends and results; establishing strategies; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.

• Meets Sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

• Initiate and follow up the prequalification activity with clients.

• Prepare and submit competitive quotation to the clients.

• Follow up with the clients and generate the purchase orders.

• Review of purchase orders and call for the Kick of Meeting with Project Manager, Estimator, Purchase In charge, and Project Coordinator

• Co-ordinate with Project/Operations Manager to allot the project budget for each project.

• Review the project costing report and take appropriate actions.

• Manage personnel and develop sales support staff

• Review progress of sales roles throughout the company

• Comply with QHSE requirement as applicable
