What are my responsibilities?







* Enhance and control the operational systems and processes with high quality and efficiency.



* Monitor delivery Work Flow, Goods expiry, price control & invoicing process.



* Ensure full compliance in all activities.



* Ensure safety regulations are executed properly.



* Ensuring that the movement of products within the periphery of logistics is handled as per the Export / Import Regulations applying the Export and Import regulations.



* Manage the export and import regulations to ensure conformity with local Government.



* Follow up Forecasting Cycle.



* Analyze and document business processes and problems.



* Prepare, revise and submit reports, budgets and other documentation.



* Communicate information to the departments filtered for management.



* Implement quality management and regulatory compliance strategies.



* Work closely with supportive functions.



* Ensure productivity and quality goals are met.



* Support the Marketing and Commercial Strategies implementation.



* Ensure/Help sales and after sales service targets are achieved.



* Dialogue with Sales Team about customer service issues or queries.



* Take the lead in the tender coordination process with the support functions.



What do I need to qualify for this job?







* At least 10 years experience in operation and control with finance and accounting background.



* Strong background and work experience in Operation with managerial capacity.



* Experience in TQM, Six Sigma and/or LEAN concepts.



* Excellent computer skills and communication skills both verbal and written



* Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.



* Excellent people manager, open to direction.



* Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.



* Knowledge of government contract management and Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.



* Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.



* Knowledge of tax and other compliance implications of non-profit status



* Broad background in logistics, supply chain operation
