Tenant Coordinator - Emaar

The job holder is responsible for the coordination and execution of tenant fit out from design submission to handover and completion.



* Administer in tenant fit out procedure from design submission to completion of works

* Accept, review and agree tenant design submissions using appropriate third parties and manage the re-submission process where designs are rejected

* Support tenants by providing necessary documentation in a timely manner and assist them by offering guidance on a successful fit out

* In liaison with lease administration, ensure that physical possession of units can take place from and administrative and design perspective

* Handover physical possession of units and document the same

* Manage the tenant variation process and asses time risk associated with plan works

* Update internal department on fit out status and issues through regular reporting and meetings

* Progress chase all involved parties to minimize delays in the completion process

* Review the tenant fit-out manuals and the lease outline drawings for Emaar Malls projects to ensure accuracy and clear communication

* Contribute to the performance of other fit out related tasks, such as landlord snagging

* Any other task or assignment prescribed by management from time to time





Job Context





This role is pivotal in delivering the landlords role in the successful opening of retail units. The scope is both administrative and practical and encompasses subjective areas such as design choices as well as the brokerage of technical verification of design submissions.
