Operations Manager

1. Should liaison/consult with the top management for all strategic decision which will have an impact on the future operations and sustainability of the company

2. Should provide all consultation for any major restructuring decisions in the organization to achieve more efficiency

3. Should control and monitor all expenses and cost centers of the company to improve the bottom line

4. Should monitor and measure the overall sales performance of the company to be able to achieve the required sales budget.

5. Should be actively involved in the daily operational activities by managing proper chain of command

6. Should provide full consultation in any future ventures or project for the company

7. Should actively participate and provide consultation for all legal and government matter for the seamless running of the company

8. Should engage in all foreign principal supplier and local market visits to establish supplier confidence and long-term relationship

9. Should be actively involved in financial aspects of the business to ensure healthy liquidity with good recoveries and proper cash flow management

10. Should be responsible for all administrative control of all aspects of the business in relation to the different departments of the company including Finance, Sales, Procurement & Logistics and Operartions

10. Should possess good knowledge of Arabic & English

11. Should possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office

12. Should submit timely reports & analysis for above assigned tasks to improve business processes
