Senior Recruitment Specialist

• Participate in formulating and maintaining HR strategy, policies and procedures.

• Formulate manpower plan of the company through capacity and current needs analysis, assessment of sources in cooperation with all departments.

• Establish and develop effective plans to increase nationalization rates (Saudization).

• Supervise and Develop subordinates.

• Maintain contacts within different sources, communities, and college campuses, to search for promising job applicants.

• Apply modern selection techniques to assure hiring the "best-fit" to perform.

• Assure the a strict implementation of recruitment policies and procedure that include staff requests, screening, interviewing, selection, reference checks, offering, completing hiring documents and exit interviewing.

• Generate accurate recruitment reports including current capacity and progress of fulfilling current vacancies.

• Oversee the hiring, replacement, transformation, and separation of employees to guarantee equal employment opportunity.

• Keeping of recruitment records, and maintain an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions for reducing the recruitment cycle to the minimum.

• Orient new employees of the working environment, company’s mission, affiliation, premises, and their responsibilities and obligations.

• Maintain direct contact with all departments in all issues related to new hires, replacement, transformation, and separation.

• Collect needed information about different positions and Conduct job analysis, job design, and all organizational planning programs in cooperation with different departments as needed.
