Recruitment Support Head - Ministry of Health – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

. Identify priority vacancies, set qualifications requirements and produce job profiles.



. Develop requirements and scope of work for RFIs and RFPs for RPOs.



. Develop candidate assessment criteria including assessment procedures, guidelines and materials.



. Develop and deliver training on assessment criteria, procedures and materials to Recruitment Committees.



. Support Main Recruiter to resolve operational issues with the recruitment process.



. Assist in the development and improvement of the recruitment process for the Recruitment Acceleration Office in conjunction with representatives from the Transformation Management Office and Ministry of Health HR Team.



. Baseline existing recruitment processes and identify recommendations and ‘quick-wins’ .



. Support implementation of the Recruitment Acceleration Office including identification of critical barriers to implementation and provide subject matter advice on how to resolve these at pace.



. Assist in the development and implementation of the 120 day plan to recruit up to 5,000 employees by end of FY14 .
