The Stores Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and efficient implementation of the Stores system requirements as per the company Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) document in this exciting new start-up college.
Key accountabilities include:
- Supervise, develop and train the Commercial Storeman.
- Oversse all processes for item an dparts storage, goods receipting, receivals, dispatch to delivery.
- Ensure a thorough maintenance of all records, stores and related documentations in accordance with the AARCOE Aircraft MOE.
- Provide reports pertaining to stores issues, stock levels, expenditures, shelf life expiry and calibrated items etc.
- Maintain currency of awareness and compliance with the requirements of the Competent Authoirty with respect to provisions of legislation relating to the approved store.
