Business Development Director - MMG SAL

The BD Manager is responsible for developing and generating new business opportunities in addition to the acquisition of new projects and project bids.

Duties:

• Study the market to provide focused, well-researched forecasts that will support the company's business planning.

• Develop new sales relationships to increase business volume.

• Analyze competent market activity and trends.

• Identify and exploit business opportunities.

• Bring in new customers while retaining existing ones.

• Understand the client’s needs and prepare commercial offer.

• Follow up on site surveys with Operations and prepare costing sheet.

• Present the offer to the client representative.

• Exert all needed efforts to explain MMG solution to the client.

• Follow up with the client aiming to get the offer signed (closing of the offer).

• Negotiate and prepare all contract renewals.

• Prepare and update the CIS (contract information sheet).

• Verify with accounting department the billing and the contract value summary.

• Coordinate and follow up with contract administrator on the indirect services and subcontractors’ scope and renewals.

• Submit the yearly reports to all clients.

• Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and submission of tender and contract documents.

• Bid management processing and manage order levels maintaining the CRM database.

• Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.

• Effectively managing customer needs provide outstanding client service.

• Maintaining a detailed pipeline and forecast in a CRM/sales force automation system.

• Consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales quotas.

• Developing new leads through various marketing activities and networking.

• Sell other products (audit report, energy saving, assets capturing) to the client if not intended to sign the submitted offer.

• To launch new products in the market (energy saving, sign boards maintenance, malls services, etc.).

• Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market. Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products.

• Undertake regular project reviews with all involved in these processes to ensure transfer of knowledge.

• Attend trade shows, and seminars to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry.
