Monitor all duty schedules in the kitchen operation and review and correct the appearance (condition of uniforms) and grooming of all assigned employees.
Responsible for the timely kitchen preparations for all meal services in the outlets and banquet activities in line with the stipulated opening hours.
Maintaining food quality and safety standards, overseeing all phases of food procurement, production and service, including inventory and ordering, storage and rotation, food preparation, recipe adherence, plate presentation, and service and production time standards.
Constantly monitor the Kitchen, Stores and other food production facilities ensuring the highest possible hygiene and maintenance standards.
Constantly monitor the dining outlets and related areas to assure the well being

of all guests by maintaining a close friendly contact.
Engages in conversation with customers to understand customer needs and the needs of the community in which the store is located.
Control the food cost by reviewing and approving all store requisitions and direct purchases and minimize wastage.
Ensure HACCP standards are implemented and follow the appropriate hygiene standards as per legal requirements at all the times.
To be aware of and understand the Company policy in respect of sourcing ingredients and ensure all chefs and kitchen staff understands and employ these policies consistently.
Work with the kitchen brigade to develop menus and offers which reflect customer demand.
Manage the agreed food cost targets in line with the agreed budget.
Recommend and promote new menu ideas and special food festivals/special days within the contract and work with the Head F&B to develop new dishes for the business.
