MAIN TASK TASK DETAILS
Shipment handling Responible for all shipments inbound/outbound producdures/dispatch/ physical checks..
Coordinate the logistics function between different parties i.e. supply point, agent, forwarder, client..
Daily coordination with logistics providers and ensure best shipping/insurance rates for shipment dispatches
Ensure correct documentation for import and export according to national and international rules and regulations
Liaisie with forwarders for customs clearances/ duties paid..
Obtaining Shipping reports from SAP
Coordination with sales admin for invoicing & shipping requirements.
Compliance to regulatory requirements.
Stock management & monitoring Keep track of marketing tools inventory, packaging and boxes, forecast needs, and manage the allocation for each customer account
Conduct stock count at end of each semester
Process all Purchase Order, Purchase Request, Payment Request and Credit Note related to Marketing activities
General sales admin perform general sales adminstration functions when necessary
Creating/Booking/ amending of Sales orders in SAP as per instructions (strictly)
Confirming orders to trade clients (Order confirmations)
Statement of accounts internal and to clients
payment notices
Filling Credit Requests for Returns/Price Corrections/etc.
Issue of Credit notes manually or through SAP
Updating the Credit Log
Reporting Shipping report- weekly/ inbound & outbound
Statement of accounts
Stock reporting- inventory control/ spending/ dispatch of marketing tools
