- Serve as a talent scout in sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and Internet research.
- Fill open positions effectively and efficiently within time-to-fill guidelines.
- Negotiate candidate offers.
- Research competitive markets and peer organizations.
- Serve as a talent advisor to hiring managers by informing staffing decisions with knowledge of the organization and expertise of external markets.
- Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and Internet research.
- Ensure open positions are posted internally and externally.
- Screen all candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications and refer candidates for the next level of interviews.
- Conduct reference checks, communicate status of selection process to applicants, and extend employment offers.
- Maintain accuracy of candidate status in the applicant tracking system throughout the entire recruiting process.
- Lawfully utilize candidate assessments as selection tools.
- Conduct timely and accurate post-offer and on-boarding activities.
- Execute campus recruiting strategy including career fairs, organizing and participating in information sessions, interviewing top candidates, and participating in other school events.
Effectively partner with departments across the company to leverage best practices, strategies, technology, branding, and diversity networks.
