Transport Coordinator

• Tracking shipment to assure on time delivery of goods

• Provide tracking information to customer and tracking reports to management

• Analyze delivery cost and recommend cost efficient methods

• Analyze drivers performance and set driving commission

• Maximize truck utilization through effective management of transportation units

• Effective communication with third party service providers when needed

• Order consolidation and management

• Build loads

• Assure efficient rout planning

• Apply and follow standard operating procedures.

• Follow the safety procedures for drivers, goods and trucks

• Follow the truck maintenance schedule.

• Maintain all data required for service level agreement

• Monitor and report governmental papers for truck and drivers

• Investigate delivery issue

• perform routine mechanical checks on vehicles
