Executive Assistant - Mohamed N. Al Hajery and Sons LTD

-Evaluate and screen incoming telephone calls.

-Manage calendars, schedule meetings.

-Prepare / Type / Edit reports, forms, offers and documents.

-Process sensitive and confidential information with judgment and tact.

-Remain up to date on organizational changes.

-Accountable for other duties as required by the General Manager.

- Manage the appointments and schedule and co-ordinate the meetings for the GM.

- Co-ordinate all travel arrangements for the Director and the VIP guests.

- Handle all correspondence on own initiative.

- Deal with customers, clients and representatives of various organizations.

- Co-ordinate and liaise various issues within the organization and entities

outside the organization.

- Maintain a good filing system.
