Job Duties and responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in the production unit to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
Supervise production unit operation to ensure that pharmaceuticals products are manufactured according to the set requirements in order to obtain the required quality.
Follow ups and register production unit batch records to assure that no errors have occurred or, if errors have occurred, that they have been fully recorded to be investigated.
Implement all documents relating to production operations.
Monitor production unit machines and utilities to prevent the occurrence of any malfunctioning.
Oversee cleaning and sanitation of production unit to ensure that workplace and machines of the unit are clean and ready for use.
Supervise workers of the production unit to comply with the company’s quality system based on Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
Report immediately any deviation, out of specification, non-conforming product and maintenance request.
Follow and apply the related set production schedule.
Coordinate with production supervisor to avoid interruptions in the set production schedule.
Coordinate with the quality control department to ensure that all in-process control testing are done as required.
Follow and apply the company’s quality system based on Good Manufacturing Practices and ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
Ensure personnel hygiene and gowning standards are followed by the production unit workers.
Work schedule:
From 7:30am till 4:30pm or 4:30pm till 1:30am on a rotational basis
