The Operations Manager works as part of the administrative management team and coordinates with clients, project managers, construction managers, architects, engineers, surveyors, subcontractors, and many others. He is responsible for the office day-to-day management and coordination of all projects. The Operations Manager’s main duty is to coordinate the different phases of the contract, design, tendering, and supervision of the interior design works according to the client / consultant specifications, budget, and deadlines.
