Part Time CFO - Chief Financial Officer - STC

• Generate, analyze and report appropriate financial and operating data in order to assist the top management with performance measurement and decision making

• Provide strategic financial advice to top management, where appropriate and desired, via analytical methods.

• Establish and maintain cash flow management policies and procedures, monitor and influence the management of cash and cash flow, and provide cash flow forecasts.

• Communicate effectively with Senior Leadership on all financial matters

• Responsible for the oversight of the preparation of monthly financial results

• Prepare annual budget and accompanying forecast variance analysis including development and management of monthly forecasting models.

• Assist management team in financial analysis for special projects related to the investment level entities or the underlying companies on an as needed basis.

• Formalizefully integrated governance, risk, and compliance system providing transparent financial and operating performance reporting used to determine and evaluate the total risks associated with new deal/investment opportunities and business strategies.

• Monitor and recommend capital expenditure budgets.
