Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

- Raises system notifications for central departments and break down vehicles.

- Generates job orders and communicates to the garages.

- Creates SAP purchase requests for spare parts, tracks requested and received parts.

- Updates prices against purchase requests and labor charges.

- Creates job orders for maintenance petty cash expenses spent by group companies and allocaties against vehicles.

- Updates vehicle registration and municipality license in SAP system.

- Implements administration regarding registration, municipality, advertisement books and updates accordingly on Data Management System.

- Creates maintenance plans for vehicles (preventive / distance), recovery of accident expenses.
