Senior Finance Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager (Senior) to join our FinanceTeam.

The Core Duties and Responsibilities of this challenging Position include:

Prepare annual budgets and tracking actuals with approved budgets.

Deliver accurate and effective month end and year end accounts for audit and to Head Office.

Ensure compliance of tax laws and other regulatory requirements in Iraq.

Cost analysis and cost reduction identification process to reduce the costs

Manage and lead the finance team in Iraq including the training and development of the members of the team.

Planning:

Input to and contribute to the Budget planning process.

Input to and contribute the monthly & annual closings & audits.

Report Writing:

Write and provide to Senior Management reports as required on monthly & annual financials including variances to budgets and time lines.

Contribute as a valued Member of the Finance Team to the overall Finance Teams Objectives.

Negotiation:

Assist the Sales teams in negotiations with the customers to ensure revenue streams are met or exceeded.

Liaise with Senior Management and/or Channel management Team on terms and conditions pertaining to content acquisition negotiations.

Liaise with HR/Administration team to keep control on costs.

Challenges:

The key challenge is to ensure the successful rollout of the Iraq business budget, timely completion of audit of the financials, reporting of weekly cash flow projections and monthly financials.
