Merchandiser

Purpose:
The main purpose of the Merchandiser is to control his/her point-of-purchase in terms of shelf management and customer’s assistance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for display of merchandise
• Maintaining the proper standard of concept
• Determines call schedule by reviewing priorities with supervisor; discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes.
• Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company’s products; removing damaged or freshness-dated products; tidying store shelves; providing optimum display of products
• Completes call report by observing display and pricing of competitors' products
• Maintains quality results by following and enforcing sales.
• Perform other related duties as per the business needs.
