• Releasing stock items and updating the system accordingly
• Prompt updating all inventory transactions.
• Ensuring sufficient stocks inventory and initiate replenishment when necessary.
• Proper housekeeping and effective locating system for items prompt traceability.
• Providing a clear filing system for purchase requisition forms and other documents.
• Ensures Compliance with company and relevant authorities existing and new procedures/policies
• Other duties assigned by superiors from time to time.
