Mission

Supervise Quality Engineering activities of an EPC Project (Desalination Plant)

Responsibilities

Development, implementation and ongoing monitoring and improvement of the project quality management system.

Plan and conduct quality audits, and oversee follow-up and close-out of audit findings with relevant project staff.

Plan and conduct staff training in the use of the quality management system and other quality related issues on a periodic basis.

Identify and monitor quality key performance Indicators (KPIs).

Coordinates with other functional Managers to ensure correct implementation of project guidelines, contracts, and other related procedures.

Coordinate and perform quality audits for the implementation of work process and contract procedures.

Ensures project quality objectives are met.

Coordinate the continuous improvement and lessons learned processes
