Cost Controller - Acquire Foods

1- Role Purpose

A cost controller monitors the cost of items, stock and inventory, computes operating fixed and variable costs and compares such costs to budgets.



2- Key Responsibilities

• Review menu, calculate recipe costs and prepare F&B budget

• Prepare cost control in all aspects of F&B services in achieving profitability goals

• Monthly reconciliation of sales analysis, material cost, purchase price variance and material variances

• Conduct physical stock take - kitchen; chillers, freezers and storage areas for over-stocking and or slow moving items and submit report
