To establish powerful computer data base systems this data base system will be utilized throughout the period of the project to keep record of all data related to the project in an organized and easy handled manner.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Make several proposals regarding the structure and components of data base system and present all those proposals to DOT for review and approval
• To modify the data base system during the course of the project to optimize the performance and the quality of data handling and processing
• To implement his skills in data base planning, administration and maintenance in all aspects of works
• To utilize his knowledge & experience in Microsoft office, documents management, administration work to organize data and filing and to keep records of all works activities as per design team senior staff, RE & PM’s instructions
• To prepare all projects correspondences when called to do so by Project Manager
• To assist in conducting training for all aspects of data base system in order to maximize the benefits of the data base system for future utilization in similar projects
• To hand over the data base system in digital format to DOT at the end of the project
