Junior Dealer

To support the general activities of the dealing team, acquiring knowledge of markets and processes / procedures.



Perform all work in accordance with departmental and bank-wide policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering a high quality and cost effective service to customers



Deliver, consistently, high levels of customer service and deal with customer queries effectively, initiating transactions and providing foreign exchange and deposit rates where possible and escalating complex ones to the appropriate channel, in order to maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction in line with bank's service quality standards.



Provide assistance in the maintenance of counter party relationships by gathering market information and ensuring more senior dealers are aware of dealing opportunities.

Prepare ad- hoc MIS reports for the Treasurer that will help him make sound investment analysis in Capital markets.



Interact with other banks on foreign exchange and money market deals on a moderate scale under tight limits and control and manage bank accounts maintained with Qatar Central Bank
