Analyze correct product details from concerned for material procurement.
Identify through product parts explosion for item detailing.
Analyze materials required & recommend alternatives with similar quality but while saving costs.
Calculate required quantity for optimal utilization while considering extra margins in installation.
Obtain quotations / cost estimates for the required materials, items & sub-con services to support tender preparation.
Provide clarifications to vendors on required material specifications & ensure appropriate material inclusion in quotations for tendering.
Incorporate relevant costs such as customs, shipping etc for materials procured overseas.
Keep track of final price, delivery dates terms etc for easy reference.
Generate reports on material cost / pricing for projects team once approved by procurement manager.
Develop, maintain & update a detailed supplier database while deleting inactive / disqualified parties.
Preform ad-hoc tasks, as required by concerned head.
