Sales Engineer - Mapso Marine Propulsion and Supply

Responsibilities:



Collecting, understanding and organizing information both from suppliers and customers.



Organizing and filing information.



Preparing offers to customers.



Monitor demand on customers side



Generate new business opportunities.



Maintain existing customer’s database and insure customer satisfaction.



Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers



Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.



Managing and interpreting customer requirements



Negotiating tender and contract terms



Analyzing costs and sales



Preparing reports for head office



Meeting regular sales targets



Recording and maintaining client contact data



Coordinating sales projects



Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events



Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs



Liaise with principal suppliers in response to customers’ demands



Handle all customer queries and respond with appropriate actions expeditiously to secure sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Establishing marketing plans.
