We are currently seeking experienced DCS Applications Engineers with staff management experience to join the team in Qatar. The role requires individuals to manager a high workload in and high pressure environment whilst maintaining focus on priorities and carrying out work in a safe and controlled manner.
Responsibilities
• Ensure that required prerequisites (e.g. design inputs, tools, and documentation) are in place prior to commencing work
• Produce part(s) of total functional design specifications under supervision
• Produces technical design specifications under supervision
• Execute Implementation work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.
• Execute Test work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems
• Execute Documentation work assignments to appropriate standards and quality systems.
• Share technical knowledge with project team, supervisor, own discipline and other engineering disciplines.
• Report progress and technical problems to project and engineering supervisor
• Pro-actively identifies potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work
• Visit customer site, as and when required, to undertake engineering and / or commissioning work
