Warehouse Manager

1. Ensure the proper and accurate receiving, stocking, and issuance of range of products from the designated locations.

2. Maintains up to date and accruate records on the inventory software of stocks on hand, receipts, and issues.

3. Conducts monthly stock takes with team.

4. Ensures minimum and maxium levels for raw materials are established, in orderr to minimizes overstocking.

5. Prepares monthly reports analyzining stock movements.

6. Establises policy & procedure on operating the warehoue and ensures implemntation by departments.

7. Maintains proper shelving per item group and product.

8. Maintains cleanliness of all warehouse location and ensure standrads on HACCP, life & saftey are at all times maintained.

9.Liases on daily basis with production departments on stock on hands, raw materials requiremnts.

10. Works closely with logistics to handle all loading of export orders.

11. Trains and develops his team members
