Contracts Administrator - Dornier

The Job Purpose:

- Represent the Owner's Engineer in a large-scale EPC water infrastructure project

- Act as Contracts Administrator

- Perform contract administration, claim management, cost analysis, and cost control



The Role:

- Dealing with the client reg. all aspects of contractual activities

- Direct Contractor's payment applications

- Managing all contractual correspondence

- Reviewing and managing Contractors claims and variation orders

- Negotiation with contractor for all contractual matters

- Managing of claims and facilitating contract dispute resolutions

- Analyzing and rebutting claims from others

- Follow up of change orders and additional works.
