• To develop and implement a strategic sales plan around a defined territory; expanding customer base, vendor contribution, and GK partners.
• Conducts regular client’s visits and calls, establish and maintain a credible and professional relationship with all client and identifies and closes new sales deals, ensuring the achievement of the set sales target.
• Understands comprehensively the client’s IT environment and strategic direction, identifies and creates the need wherever possible and presents the company service product range accordingly.
• Prepares regular services’ financial and technical proposals independently, Coordinates with the pre-sales team in highly complex offers.
• Keeps the client regularly updated with new products, while also keeping self-updated on the clients’ IT environment changes and upgrades to ensure grasping any potential opportunity
• Maintain accurate, up to date records of client activity and profiling on CRM system.
