Kids Spa Therapist - United Development Company

- Spa duties such as manicures, pedicures, also performing Cutting and Styling children’s hair and other duties upon request

- Give 5 Star quality customer services in the spa and hair salon

- Organizing RDV, planning and appointments (by phone or direct in store) for the Salon and spa.

- Communication with the team is essential for the coordination of events.

- Able to work under pressure and have patience with children.

- Passion in the beauty domain, able to up sell, link sell and promote all products in salon and products and services in the store.

- Managing any customer complaints or issues.

- Execution of manicure & pedicure activities.

- Execution of hair cutting, styling, shampooing, rinsing, tinting, waving, straightening, drying and any other relevant functions.

- Keeping children happy and entertained.

- Achieving monthly and annual targets and budgets for spa & salon.

- Attending hairdressing & spa seminars and training in order to keep up to date with new products and techniques available in the market.

- Store related tasks required, such as answering phone in general, floor stocking, cycle stock counts and inventory.

- Using cash wrap.

- Cover any extra hours or tasks before or after if required.

- Ensure store is open on time and covering shift if necessary.

- Timely submission of all required tasks.

- Being extremely caring and have an intrinsic inclination for children.

- Maintain and uphold safety regulations and standards by identifying and correcting conditions that affect the Customer, store and staff.

- Ensure the spa and hair salon are kept clean and hygienic, including hair instruments and appliances, such as scissors, combs, brushes, rollers for example.

- Ensure cleanliness of the store and that it complies with all rules and standards.

- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with UFC and staff.
