Responsible for preparation of Integrated System Turnover Packages for the projects mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire (MEPF).
Establish standard form of formats for Operating & Maintenance Manuals based on the client’s specifications.
Directly coordinate and secured all the necessary O&M manuals information from subcontractors and vendors.
Responsible in compilation of comprehensive set of Operating & Maintenance Manuals including as-built drawings and commissioning data prior handover to client.
Establish commissioning test sheets and forms to be included on handover to client.
Monitors and update the status of O& M manuals.
