• Work with the Senior Nutritionist and with the Head of NADS to develop an HSMC Food and Hydration Policy based on the needs of that establishment
• Liaise with the catering company and key staff to develop a timeframe for implementation of the HSMC Food and Hydration Policy
• Liaise with the catering company and other key military staff to develop a timetable for staff training and education
• Develop a timeframe for receiving, reviewing and feeding back on menu and recipe information
• As part of the HSMC Nutrition team, work alongside the HSMC Health Education Section to develop a timeframe for nutrition based health promotion campaigns
• As part of the HSMC Nutrition team, work alongside the HSMC Health Education Section to deliver Nutrition specific lectures as part of the Health and Fitness curriculum
• In conjunction with the Senior Nutritionist and the Food Safety Officer, schedule in visits for all aspects of quality control for each training establishment such as cooking methods, recipe adherence, health and hygiene, and HACCP procedures.
