Rehabilitation Instructor/Exercise Therapist - Emirates Advanced Investment Group

• Oversee and manage assigned rehabilitation staff throughout the UAE

• Contribute to best practice protocols and procedures that will be used throughout the rehabilitation protocols.

• Create and supervise one on one and group rehabilitation protocols

• Oversee initial and continued medical education of all rehabilitation personnel

• Review literature on a regular basis to ensure that interventions and campaigns are aligned with current health promotion and education theory

• Collaborate with Senior Physiotherapist in musculoskeletal screening of military recruits and personnel

• Maintain a close rapport with all referrers to the rehabilitation instructors

• Provide statistical data and maintain audits regarding the rehabilitation set-up

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

• Provide regular performance reviews of clinics and staff

• Collaborate with relevant staff on exercise programs and patient management

• Give educational talks on available rehabilitation services and on any health related topic as required by the Health Education Section.
