The Personal Assistant will provide direct secretarial and organizational support to the Manager. The duties and responsibilities would include
• Scheduling client meetings, appointments, business lunches and store visits.
• Executing and administering travel arrangements, booking of flights, accommodation, visas, foreign exchange
• Collation of month end sales figures & compiling them into Management Reports
• Collation of Brand Manager monthly schedules & compiling the same
• Typing & circulation of internal memos from the Manager
• Arrangement of sales permission letters
• Arrangement of NOC letters for fit-out Contractors and suppliers
• Ensuring file of all credit card bookings handed over to accounts by the end of each month.
•Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
