The Sales Representative will be responsible for the selling and leasing of Housing Units and Commercial Units at the assigned project site by preparing sales quotations for customers and processing the sales transaction.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
► Receive calls from inquiring customers; discuss details of residential / commercial units with potential customers, and offer prices and a tour of the residential / commercial units if required.
► Show potential customers residential / commercial “demo units” to get an idea of their interior and structure.
► Manage the leasing sales process. This entails responsibilities to: select the best tenants to fill the commercial units.
► Prospect customers and close sales deals in order to achieve monthly sales targets with walk-in or telephone customers.
► Prepare sales quotations for approval / review by Sales Supervisor before submitting to potential customers.
► Receive letters of intent from customers as their approval to purchase the units and provide to Contract Administrator to process the sale.
► Enter new customer details and process new residential / commercial purchases or lease agreements into the system and maintain the information in the customer file.
► Ensure that proper documentation for the sales process is maintained.
► Recommend the best location and units for potential buyers based on their budget.
► Analyze and follow up with potential leads and maintain the sales call plan.
► Update sales inquiries register.
► Forward customer complaints to Customer Service Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction.
