Do the necessary investigations as instructed by the director of employee relations and keeping specific information to achieve (either problems or grievances ) .

2 . Study the files of cases and staff resignations .

3 . Staff performance appraisal and analysis of their results and study outcomes assessment process.

4 . Study the training requirements of staff and work training plans to raise their career

5 . Issuance and follow-up of sanctions.

6 . All entries follow-up transactions on the HR system (private relations staff ) and archived and corrected if there are errors .

8. Do induction program and guideline .
