Executive Procurement – Domestic - Arasco Food

Job Purpose:

To gather and process the domestic purchase requirements of spares and consumables required by various departments



Domestic Purchase Processing:

• Receive all purchase requests prepared by the different departments and prepare purchase orders in Baan

• Process domestic purchase request of various departments as approved by the seniors in the department

• Prepare purchase proposals and get necessary approvals from Manager - Purchase

• Follow up with the domestic suppliers on the status of the orders and delivery schedules and communicate to Senior Executives and Manager in case of any exceptions

• Ensure timely clearances of purchases from supplier side

• Ensure correctness and completeness of the requisite documentation for all domestic purchases

• Manage the entire items list with prices related to local purchases

• Implement all actionable tasks required to execute Arasco Foods’ procurement strategy
