Field Expert - Crop Protection and Seed Products

Overall objective of the position

• Follow up with our distributors and customers to achieve the pre-set sales objectives

• Develop, maintain and assist growers and farms by offering our company's solutions

• Prepare and update sales forecast to ensure proper inventory and availability of products

• Ensure implementation of marketing / action plans for launching of products



Main duties and responsibilities

• Day-to-day sales / collection activities with customers

• Organize overall logistics (forecast, import license, stocks, delivery)

• Make regular visits to customers (distributors, direct customers, key influencers on farms)

• Collect and update market information

• Prepare seminars, field days and promotional campaigns

• Follow-up tender businesses and direct sales

• Prepare marketing tools (leaflets, presentations etc)
