The Candidate should understand business processes to develop and manage business requirement and scope definition for Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system implementation and integrate with existing enterprise systems as needed.
-Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality • Handle project implementation tasks and deliverables as per deadlines.
-Ensure stakeholders and management are updated on the project through timely communication and reports.
-Work with software vendors and implementation partners to implement project. Track that action items and committed deliverables are completed within deadlines.
-Ensure that the system managed, are in good working condition and undergoes regular updates. Troubleshoot and resolve problems.
-Configure and develop custom processes, functionality, reports, and queries as needed in support of business needs with software development tools.
-Develop and implement functional and technical documentation and ensure it is maintained continuously to reflect current state at all times.
-Create user-documentation and train users on system functionality and processes.
-Create test cases and perform comprehensive system testing independently.
-Work with internal IT teams and system vendors to ensure that the system architecture is robust and poised for growth.
-Undertake risk analysis of systems managed and work to mitigate potential risks.
-Follow change management best practices.
-Analyze impact of changes to dependent systems and coordinate with system owners for any needed changes.
-Communicate changes to business users.
-Ensure data integrity within the systems managed. Resolve data and interface issues and follow enterprise data management best practices.
-Perform research and documentation of IT standards and best practice policies or procedures
-Collaborate and share knowledge with project team members and IT team
-Be self-motivated and seek opportunities for continuous process improvement.
-Be responsible in maintaining a safe working environment at all times
-Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Critical thinking
