Manage alone the IT functions & Maintenance on a day-to-day basis, while ensuring the smooth running of all departments and the 15 branches located in Beirut, Metn, Keserwan and Saida.
Tasks:
- Assist in implementing new software in the company - Microsoft CRM
- Install & maintain SQL databases in a replication environment.
- Install and monitor the backup on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain a backup of the databases on a daily basis.
- Maintain SSRS, SSAS and CUBES for reporting purposes
- Maintain and administrate multiple servers running in a Hyper-V environment
- Responsible for all systems level accesses
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 database administrator.
- Windows 2008 R2 server administration
- Microsoft Exchange Server management
- Active Directory Administration
- Group Policies Implementation according to user
- ISA server administration
- Internet Information Server management
- Monitor and secure a LAN/WAN infrastructure from external and internal threats
- Review and recommend upgrade to existing software to increase productivity of the company
- Install new hardware on occasional basis
- Provide support in resolving network problems (WAN)
- Support users to use in-house iOS stock management applications on iPads and iPods.
- Support technical problems for all users (IT, Maintenance)
