Telesales Executives - Splendor Telecom

• Manage outflow of cold calls to prospective re sellers.

• Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.

• Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.

• Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone and email in order to solicit re seller recruitment.

• Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from potential re sellers.

• Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.

• Telephone or write emails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales pitch.

• Schedule appointments/calls for Business Development representatives to meet with prospective re sellers.

• Locate and Data Entry of crude business lead lists.

• Helps develop established script to use when calling prospects.

• Calls prospective re sellers in designated market area to qualify leads and explain type of service or product offered.

• Enters names, addresses, and reactions of prospects solicited into computer database system.

• Develops lists of prospects from city and telephone directories, trade and professional association membership lists, and other public records.
