Key Account Sales - Arasco Food

Job Purpose:

To manage a team of sales executives in efficiently handling sales operations for the assigned key account customer accounts and ensure products are available on a daily basis across key accounts



Key Account Sales:

• Manage the team of sales executives in handling sales for the assigned key customer accounts

• Guide the sales executives in selling to key accounts, motivate and coach them to reach the sales targets

• Collect and consolidate daily key account sales orders from sales executives in the area

• Communicate the order status to the key accounts and coordinate with delivery team for on time delivery designated key account area warehouse

• Manage relationships with the buyers, mainly the butchery section in the contracted key account stores by regularly visiting the outlets and obtaining feedback on delivery, quality and other key product related aspects

• Implement and maintain the route plan or the sales beat plan for Sales Executives and Merchandizers in his territory

• Resolve any discrepancies in sales process or order fulfilment for key accounts

• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of delivered invoices

• Ensure adequate sales infrastructure is installed in key account outlets serviced by him

• Implement all tasks in relation with account management process for the key accounts

• Ensure proper maintenance of fleet and other sales infrastructure like fridges, HHT etc in his territory

• Periodically review the shelf space for Entaj in the key customer outlet and communicate need for extra shelf space, if any, to Store Manager / Principal

• Provide on ground support to marketing / branding / merchandizing teams to execute any marketing initiative in the key account outlets monitored by him

• Provide information to Channel Sales Manager (Key Accounts) on any new key account activity in the area
